Annual Staging
We realize that catalogs require updates between academic years, or even between semesters. Our team makes that process seamless for your staff. We create an annual staging for you, which allows you to edit next year's catalog in advance. This staging site carries over the current catalog’s data and provides a “safe space” to make adjustments without impacting the live catalog.
System Updates
In order to keep our software in keeping with ever-evolving modern web standards, we frequently implement system updates. We manage, install, and thoroughly test all system updates on a development site prior to release. After testing, we integrate those updates on your live site. Your catalog site will stay up-to-date with modern technology and you will never have to lift a finger!
Security Monitoring and Uptime Monitoring
Our team is constantly monitoring your catalog for any security red flags or downtime. If your catalog should ever experience downtime for any reason, our staff is automatically notified.
