Professional Training

The TGH-USF People Development Institute (PDI) is a newly launched initiative, backed by Tampa General Hospital and the University of Southern Florida. Since this program was newly created, their staff did not have a preexisting catalog of courses. This allowed us to start from scratch and customize their resource bank in a way that directly reflected their vision. The institute required a solution that could accommodate a wide array of training modules, track participant progress, and facilitate easy updates to course materials. As detailed in our PDI case study, Clean Catalog software was used to build new course listings, culminating in a comprehensive training catalog. The final product not only streamlined the training process but also paved the way for a stellar user experience for participants.

Housing Resource Management

MassHousing, a public agency dedicated to affordable housing in Massachusetts, utilized Clean Catalog to manage its extensive housing resources. Their staff previously struggled to efficiently organize their large bank of resources, including property listings, workshop sign-ups, and application procedures. We turned their preexisting PDF catalog into a robust digital solution, complete with advanced search functionality and filtering options. The site features custom indexing so that users can search by topic, region, and program type. Each listing also includes contact information for the individual leading the workshop. We also customized the homepage of their site to provide an overview of procedures, policies, and FAQ, which users can click to view more information. The final catalog is much more accessible to the general public than their original PDF version, making the program reachable to a larger audience.

Compliance and Training

Grace Hill, a leader in property management education, used Clean Catalog to improve their training and compliance processes. Our software helped them create a dynamic catalog of training materials and resources, tailored to their specific formatting and structure. We built custom templates for their course content, which includes fields such as duration, course versions, languages the course is available in, and options for bundling multiple courses. By request of the Grace Hill team, we also custom-built policy pages that live as individual URLs on their site. This allows them to hyperlink directly to policies and procedures within the full catalog. The level of customization offered by Clean Catalog software leveled up Grace Hill’s authority and marketability online by creating a much cleaner user experience. The tailored templates in particular have made it easier for staff to manage and deliver educational content, boosting the overall efficiency of their training programs.

After-School Activities

The Hong Kong International School (HKIS) had previously used Clean Catalog to launch several course catalogs, which were such a success that they requested another site be built to house their after-school program offerings. We helped customize an add-on site that complemented their existing catalogs, while supporting stand-alone content separate from their academic offerings. The new catalog allows students and parents to explore extracurricular options with ease, using advanced search capabilities to filter activities by various criteria, such as day, location, and grade level. This unique publication not only improved the staff’s management of the school’s after-school programs, but increased student and parent engagement.
