How Our Employee Handbook Software Works
As with all of our software, our employee hand book software has all the good stuff baked right in: accessibility, workflows, PDF generation, and countless other capabilities that makes your employee handbook easy to manage. We've also included a few extra features specific to employee handbooks:
Password protection for your handbook isn't always necessary, but if you want to protect your handbook with a password, we offer three options:
- A general site-wide password required to view any page. You can regularly change the password and then redistribute to your users.
- Single sign on (SSO). This ties in to your organization's account management system, and allows users to access the handbook with their employee credentials.
- Accounts for every employee-handbook user. This option isn't the best fit in most cases, but we can create accounts for all users to access the site with their unique login credentials.
Automatic Section and Sub-Section Pagination
Employee handbooks, unlike course catalogs, often require advanced pagination. That is, a certain policy might be section 10, item C, and will need to be paginated accordingly. For our employee handbook software, we've added a feature that will automatically create these page numbers for you, according to what section you assign an item to. All other sections will automatically update if their order has changed, and any references to page numbers in any text will automatically update as well.
All of our software is affordable, but employee handbook software is a smaller project than most course catalogs, and the pricing reflects it. As always, it's a low annual fee with no startup costs.
